Ihr Portfolio umfasst Einkaufs- und Einzelhandelszentren, B\u00fcrogeb\u00e4ude, Wohnkomplexe, Hotels, Resorts und Industriegeb\u00e4ude. Seit 1989 haben sie 72 Immobilienprojekte mit einer Gesamtfl\u00e4che von 3,1 Millionen<sup>m2 <\/sup>in Mexiko und den Vereinigten Staaten entwickelt.  <\/p>\n<p>In den letzten Jahren hat die Grupo GICSA 4 ihrer FEC-Projekte in Zusammenarbeit mit <a href=\"https:\/\/staging-3.walltopia.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Walltopia Active Entertainment<\/a> realisiert. Zwei davon, die in Puebla und <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><a style=\"color: #ff0000;\" href=\"https:\/\/staging-3.walltopia.com\/projects\/playtopia-queretaro\/\">Queretaro<\/a>,<\/span> sind bereits in Betrieb und f\u00fcr Besucher ge\u00f6ffnet, w\u00e4hrend die in Pachuca und Culiacan bis zum Ende des Jahres fertiggestellt sein werden. <\/p>\n<p>Wir haben Jose Luis Sosa, Projektmanager der Grupo GICSA, interviewt, um mehr dar\u00fcber zu erfahren, was das Unternehmen dazu inspiriert hat, FECs in Einkaufszentren zu bauen und zu verwalten.<\/p>\n<h6>Hier ist, was er mitteilte:<\/h6>\n<p><strong>Woran erinnern Sie sich, als Sie das erste Mal in einem Entertainment Center waren?  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ich erinnere mich, dass ich das Produkt, das Sie verkaufen, f\u00fcr innovativ und qualitativ hochwertig halte. Es hat mir wirklich gefallen. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Wie sind Sie auf die Idee gekommen, selbst einen zu bauen und zu betreiben?  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Wir haben die Idee von den Einkaufszentren in den USA \u00fcbernommen, die viele Attraktionen auf einer gro\u00dfen Fl\u00e4che vereinen. Sie optimieren die Anmietung von Fl\u00e4chen f\u00fcr Attraktionen, was in unserem Gesch\u00e4ft sehr wichtig ist. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Was waren Ihre gr\u00f6\u00dften Herausforderungen auf dem Weg vom Traum zur Wirklichkeit?  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Koordination mit internen und externen Architekten, termingerechte Fertigstellung des Umfangs und Sicherstellung der Qualit\u00e4t der Ausf\u00fchrung f\u00fcr den Kunden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Worauf sind Sie am meisten stolz bei den<\/strong> <strong>die GICSA-Unterhaltungszentren? <\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>Die Vielfalt der Attraktionen und die Qualit\u00e4t der Materialien sorgen f\u00fcr eine Mischung aus Unterhaltung, wie man sie in Lateinamerika noch nicht gesehen hat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Was w\u00fcrden Sie jemandem sagen, der Ihren Weg gehen m\u00f6chte?  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Der Erfolg dieser Projekte h\u00e4ngt von der Qualit\u00e4t des Teams ab, das den Traum mit Ihnen verwirklicht.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gibt es etwas Lustiges oder Unerwartetes \u00fcber den Betrieb eines Entertainment Centers, das Sie uns mitteilen m\u00f6chten?  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Der Bau von Unterhaltungszentren ist ein interessanter und unterhaltsamer Prozess, bei dem jeder Schritt darauf ausgerichtet ist, das Benutzererlebnis und das Unterhaltungspotenzial zu verbessern.
