Obstacles vary by difficulty, with the easiest being on the first level and the hardest on the top platform. The main types of obstacles are: Platforms Platforms consist of individual elements that participants navigate by stepping on, with difficulty determined by element size and spacing, usually requiring both hands and feet. Traverses Traverses feature vertically aligned elements, demanding a sideways motion to complete, involving both hands and feet. Specials Specials represent unique obstacles that defy standard categorization, offering a diverse range of experiences. The special obstacles can add to the theme of the Tree Course, if theming is preferred. Some of the special obstacles include swings, bikes, basketball hoops and benches.
