Climbing Wall Panels
The concept behind Walltopia Fundamentals panels is to offer flexibility in the climbing wall design within a framework of fixed-incline surfaces. Panel angles range from 0° to 60° in 5-degree increments, with an additional slab panel set at -3° to expand route-setting possibilities. This modular system allows climbing gym owners to create varied and engaging bouldering wall layouts that maximize climbing surface within limited space, while also simplifying planning, budgeting, and installation.
Panel Connecting Elements
The connecting elements in the Walltopia Fundamentals line are engineered with the same precision and flexibility as the panels themselves. Designed to seamlessly link panels while preserving fixed-incline configurations, they support angle transitions from -3° to 60° in 5-degree increments. T-nuts not included
The climbing wall panels are made of high-quality 21mm birch plywood, which has been tested for durability to minimize damage and prevent the wood from splitting around screws. Walltopia Fundamentals panels come in two standard colors – light grey and graphite. Custom colors are available upon additional charge.
Please note: Walltopia Fundamentals come without T-nuts. You can screw on the holds and volumes or add t-nuts at an additional charge.
Addining T-nuts
T-nuts can be added for 5€/m2
Standards only specify the breaking strength of t-nuts (Annex E), but we believe that’s not enough. Our t-nuts are secured with two robust screws to stay firmly in place—even if hold installation fails. We also ensure optimal route-setting flexibility by placing t-nuts near edges and corners, unlike competitors who use wooden connectors that limit corner placement. Our solution overcomes this, maximizing route setting options without compromise.
