ABC Climbing Academy – Naperville’s Kids-Only Climbing Space
Walltopia partnered with ABC Climbing Academy to outfit its Naperville, Illinois location—the first franchise to expand beyond the original facility in Boulder, Colorado. Launched in early 2025, this unique gym caters exclusively to youth, offering a climbing environment thoughtfully designed for children and teens, from toddlers to competitive athletes
Our custom installation includes
- Lambda CDM boulder modules with e-Walls and LED glowing holds, combining visual playfulness with advanced terrain variety and route setting versatility
- A specially designed rope climbing house featuring auto-belays, an interior two-story bouldering structure, and an exciting slide exit from the upper level
- Warm natural wood panels with light plywood and veneer finishes
- Translucent plexiglas panels that lets natural light inside the climbing house
This project blends creativity and functional design to support ABC’s mission of nurturing confidence, movement skills, and joy in climbing—all within environments built just for kids to grow and thrive.
