For outdoor use, its structure is duplex-coated, featuring a hot-dip galvanized layer followed by a protective paint finish. This dual coating significantly enhances corrosion resistance and ensures long-lasting durability. For indoor settings, Cloud Climb is coated with two layers of high-quality paint, providing robust protection, a smooth surface, and maintaining its quality over time.

To achieve the signature curves and flowing shapes of Cloud Climb, Walltopia uses advanced 3-axis pipe bending machines. This technology ensures precisely consistent forms across all elements while allowing for a wide variety of shapes and designs, combining aesthetic appeal with structural reliability.

The platforms can be flat or curved, depending on the desired style. They can come in one solid color or with a multi-color design printed on them. Underbody LED lights are an additional attractive option. This allows the Cloud Climb to be easily themed or branded. Platforms are available in plywood, fiberglass and plastic. Cloud Climb can be equipped with LED-lit platforms — suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The lights can be set to a preferred color, made to blink or fade, or even synchronized with music for a dynamic visual experience.

Weaving the nets on-site results in potential defects and inconsistency. Our nets are factory-made and rigorously tested to ensure reliable, consistent performance. This commitment to quality guarantees a secure and enjoyable play environment for kids.

The nets can be made from steel or from polyester. We also offer anti-climbing nets that are denser and prevent visitors from climbing on the outside of the structure.
