The Tree Course is Walltopia’s flagship ropes course attraction — a nature-inspired, hyperboloid-structured obstacle course standing up to 26.6 metres tall, accommodating up to 96 obstacles across three levels. It transforms vertical space into a high-throughput, visually iconic anchor attraction for ski resorts, entertainment destinations, adventure parks, and family entertainment centres.
Unlike conventional ropes courses that prioritise function over form, the Tree Course is engineered to be a landmark. Its distinctive silhouette draws crowds, drives social media visibility, and generates revenue both from participants and from a rooftop viewing platform that doubles as an event venue.

The Tree Course be configured with one, two, or three obstacle levels, each containing up to 32 obstacles with capacity for up to 48 simultaneous participants per level. Obstacles are categorised into three types — Platforms, Traverses, and Specials — and vary in difficulty from beginner-friendly to physically demanding. The first level is accessible to a broad audience, while upper levels challenge experienced participants.

All configurations can include an elevator, making the viewing platform accessible to non-participants — families, elderly visitors, corporate event guests — and effectively doubling the attraction’s revenue-generating capacity. The course can also be combined with Walltopia’s Rollglider, Ziplines, free fall devices and Slides.
Nature-Inspired Design
The Tree Course’s defining characteristic is its hyperboloid structure — a mathematically elegant form that creates a visually dramatic, tree-like silhouette. The hyperboloid geometry is structurally efficient (high strength-to-material ratio) and creates the branching layout that makes multi-directional obstacle flow possible. The result is an attraction that functions as a visual landmark and social media magnet, drawing attention and footfall even from visitors who do not participate.
Modular Multi-Level Configuration
The Tree Course is available in 1-Level, 2-Level, and 3-Level configurations. Each level is an independent obstacle loop containing up to 32 obstacles, served by its own operator(s). This modularity means venues can start with a single level and expand vertically as demand grows, without replacing the base structure. Each level features a splitter at the start and end of each loop, allowing participants to choose their direction and explore freely rather than following a fixed path.
Patented Continuous Belay System
Walltopia’s continuous belay system is protected by a granted European patent. The system ensures participants remain secured from entry to exit without needing to clip or unclip at any point, eliminating the most common safety risk in traditional ropes courses. The system uses a rigid, multidirectional track with an aluminium trolley that moves along it. Once connected at the entry point, the trolley cannot be removed until the participant returns to the exit. The system uses Petzl carabiners with a PIN-LOCK mechanism that can only be unlocked by operators with a specific tool. This enables the single-entry, single-exit operational model that minimises staffing requirements.
Viewing Platform and Event Venue
The top platform is accessible via elevator and serves as a viewing deck with a capacity of up to 49 guests. It provides panoramic views and functions as a venue for private events, corporate gatherings, birthday parties, and team-building activities. For operators, this is a critical revenue multiplier: it generates ticket sales from non-participants (spectators, elderly family members, event attendees) and increases the attraction’s addressable market beyond the physically active demographic.
Theming and Customisation
The Tree Course can be themed to match an existing venue’s visual identity or to create a standalone branded experience. The structure supports shading and tent elements. The obstacle selection can be customised to match the venue’s target audience — more beginner-friendly obstacles for family-oriented venues, more physically demanding ones for adventure-focused sites.

Up to 96 obstacles divided in 3 types
Platforms
The platforms we offer include the bouncy nets, which allow you to jump from platform to platform, the swinging logs, the twisted ropes, etc.
Traverses
Traverses feature vertically aligned elements, which can test your participants’ agility, strength and coordination.
Add-ons
Rollglider
The Rollglider is an aerial roller coaster-zip line, designed to provide the feeling of free flying in a safe environment. The flight is not only enjoyed by thrill-seekers but also by people seeking novel and exciting experiences.
Zipline
The zipline add-on, similarly to the free-fall device, offers a secondary exit from the course to the visitors. This last rush of adrenaline acts as a “grand finale” and leaves a long-lasting impression on the visitors’ mind. We recommend charging it as an extra on top of the price of the ticket.
Slides
The slide is the best way to descend – a classic favorite attraction to all ages and particularly suited for younger participants and family-focused venues. Walltopia produces stainless steel slides with the highest level of attention to all details in design, engineering, production and installation and the smoothest connection between segments.
Binoculars
Reward your visitors with a way to enjoy the surronding scenery from the viewing platform with our observations binoculars.
