Four-Lane Speed Climbing Wall

Walltopia was proud to deliver a custom-built competition speed climbing wall for the World Games 2025 in Chengdu, China that took place between Aug 7th-17th. Unlike standard IFSC speed walls, which feature two climbing lanes, this wall was specially designed with four parallel climbing lines to create a more exciting-to-watch format of the event.

The structure was a temporary self-standing installation, engineered to meet the EN-12572 standard, ensuring both reliability and top-level performance. Designed specifically for the high-paced excitement of speed climbing, the wall brought a fresh dynamic to the competition and allowed more athletes to compete simultaneously.
